Note: YADA long after glow luminous powder is divided into water-based and oil-based. Generally, long-term luminous powder without coating treatment is called oil-based. Remember to distinguish whether the resin is oil-based or water-based before use!
一、YADA Long after glow luminous powder mix with unsaturated polyester resin formula:
First, pour the estimated amount of resin used in the production of primary products into the container, then add 20 parts of luminous powder for every 100 parts of resin, stir evenly, then add 2-4 parts of curing agent, stir evenly, add 1-2 parts of accelerator, and fully stir. The above preparation procedures cannot be reversed.
二、 Precautions for using unsaturated resin in long-acting luminous powder:
1. The maximum dosage of curing agent is not more than 6%, and the minimum dosage of accelerator is less than 0.5%.
2. When the resin viscosity is too high, it can be diluted with styrene
3. The construction temperature, that is, the ambient temperature during construction shall not be lower than 15 ℃, and the relative air temperature shall be less than 80%.
4. Resin, solid and promoters are inflammables, which should be used, stored and transported carefully. It should be stored in a cool place, not near the fire, nor open mouth.
5. Generally, the curing speed of mediation resin only increases or decreases the amount of accelerator.
6. It is not suitable to fill resin in copper. Do not mix phenolic resin powder, sulfuric acid, rubber, copper salt, methanol, etc., especially water and moisture in the frame bottom plate, otherwise it will affect the performance of the resin and the finish of the finished product.
7. The tools can be cleaned with warm detergent water and sawdust before the resin is cured. Some molds or tools that are not suitable for cleaning can be scrubbed with acetone.
